  - lg_join() no longer collides bilateral tracing columns when joins
    are chained.
  - lg_join(type = "inner"/"right") now documents any rows it drops, and
    requires a description when it does.
  - lg_disposition(by = "reason") now returns a proper chronological
    disposition funnel (step, reason, n_excluded, n_remaining).
  - lg_operations() no longer drops the population and rows_excluded
    fields for FILTER operations.
  - lg_trace() now matches subjects exactly instead of via unanchored
    substring matching.
  - lg_tag() now errors, rather than warns, when re-registering an
